Payments & Refund Policy

This policy outlines our payment procedures and the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our landscape services and outdoor property maintenance.

Payment

Payment for our services is due at the time of service or as agreed in your service plan. We accept various payment methods as indicated at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in the local currency and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pricing may vary depending on the scope of work, property size, and project requirements.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee equal to a percentage of the service cost. This policy applies to one-time visits as well as recurring lawn care appointments.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to provide the agreed service due to our error, we will re-perform the service or issue a refund for that specific visit. No refunds are given for services that have already been completed satisfactorily or for work approved upon completion.

Service Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with a service, please let us know within 48 hours. We will review your concerns and may offer corrective work, a partial refund, or an additional service at our discretion when appropriate.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of adverse weather or other conditions beyond our control, we may postpone scheduled work to ensure safety and maintain service quality. In such cases, we will work with you to arrange a new appointment. Refunds are not provided for weather-related delays.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your invoice, you must contact us within 15 days of the billing date. We will investigate the matter promptly and correct any verified billing errors.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution.
